How It Works?
Each day, the automated system greets the user with a gentle, friendly voice that guides them through a simple three minute step-by-step process to collect their health information.
The system can also be set up to ask the user a series of yes/no questions to further assist clinicians in evaluating their health. Voice and text prompts are available in a choice of more than 10 languages. All of the information is then submitted confidentially by standard telephone line to a local healthcare agency for review. The process is easy, secure, and all carried out in the comfort of the user’s home.
