Health Center Kiosks

What it is?

Using the Health Center Kiosk is easy, and the entire process can be carried out quickly and securely. Each user is issued a personalized card (similar to an ATM card) that they swipe into the kiosk to begin the program. Next, a friendly voice and easy-to-read display guide the user through the process of collecting his or her vital signs – from weight and blood pressure to heart rate and oxygen saturation. The kiosk can even ask a series of yes/no questions to assess general health issues.

How it works?

Once the information is collected, it’s sent securely and confidentially (adhering to HIPAA requirements) to healthcare professionals who then monitor and assess the individual’s health. If significant changes are detected, the individual and his or her doctor will be notified immediately. The Honeywell HomMed Health Center Kiosk also uses the same Central Station Diagnostic Software that collects and tracks patient health information so patient care can be managed seamlessly.
